With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show.

A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and there are a wide range of local vineyards, breweries and Castles and gardens to enjoy just a short drive away.

Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this fourth floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Then up to the front of the apartment, a door leads straight through to the beautifully finished lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time.

The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four.
