The location of the English Heritage Blue Plaque at 7 Lushington Road dedicated to Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, better known as Lewis Carroll, author of such works as Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Jabberwocky.

Carroll holidayed in Eastbourne 19 times, and this is the location of his first visit in 1877.
