2 bedroom Cottages, just a few hundred meters from The Waterside, the picturesque Sovereign Harbour Marina, leading to a 3-mile (level) beachside promenade. This stretches past the pier, to Holywell and the rising cliffs of the beautiful Beachy Head, part of the South Downs national park.

A family-fun Dotto train also runs along the front from the Marina to Beachy Head.

Our accessible Eastbourne holiday cottages stand in a private gated estate, providing a peaceful haven, (even at peak times,) and importantly free guest parking.

Outside comfortable areas for relaxation, sunbathing, and dining al fresco, with Friends in the usually sunny climate. But for the odd cooler days, our south-facing sunrooms give the opportunity to still enjoy the outside
