The Lansdowne Hotel is a 4th generation family owned 3 Star property located on Eastbourne seafront. It offers large lounges with sea view, bar, restaurant and function rooms.

The Lansdowne is located directly opposite the beach and Western Lawns, arguably in the best beachfront location. Guests can walk straight out of the hotel and relax on the beach, enjoy the paved beachfront walk, stroll to the pier or explore the town. The hotel is also situated  just 1 mile from the South Downs National Park, with Beachy Head and its picturesque views within easy reach by car or an energetic walk.

The hotel offers 98 bedrooms across 3 floors, many with extensive sea views. Guests can choose from Cosy, Standard, Executive, Family, Superior or Junior Suite bedrooms. Double and twin options are available

The Lansdowne has its own restaurant, bar and lounges. A new restaurant, 1912, offers seafood and steak dining in a contemporary space. Guests can enjoy all day dining for 12pm to 8.45pm and sample an extensive selection of starters, mains and desserts with a variety of vegetarian and gluten free options available.

Afternoon tea is served on a daily basis in our spacious sea view lounges, providing a relaxing environment to enjoy an afternoon of indulgent food and relaxation with friends or family.
