This year the Wilf Walk challenge is back for the third year running and is bigger than ever taking place on the 23rd of September along the scenic and heritage-rich path of the Southdowns Ways.

Broken down into various distances from 30 miles, 11 miles and 8 miles between Ditchling Beacon near Brighton all the way down to the sunshine coast of Eastbourne there is something for everyone.
Though this self-guided walk is open to all abilities and is well-signed posted, we strongly recommend signing up with a walking companion or as a group to ease the journey.
The hike has various checkpoints provided by St Wilfrid's Hospice and its volunteers offering, encouragement, refreshments, food and first aid support along the way.
